Where is Kwyet Waters located?

We are located on the outskirts of Chester, Nova Scotia. Our driving directions are as follows: 

From South Shore Highway 103- Take Exit 8- Turn towards Windsor, in 3.4kms Apple Tree Drive will be on your left. Proceed 400 meters to Kwyet Waters. 

 From Windsor/Valley area- Take Highway 14 towards Chester, in 45kms Apple Tree Drive will be on your right. Proceed 400 meters to Kwyet Waters. 

Who can buy a modular home in Kwyet Waters?

Kwyet Waters is designed for empty nesters over 55 and retired or nearing retirement. 

 How often can the lot fees be increased?

As in any lease, rent in a land-lease community may only be raised once in a 12-month period and not within the first 12 months after a lease is signed.

How much can the lot fees be each year?

Each year before March 1st, Service Nova Scotia will post the Annual Allowed Rent Increase Amount on its website.

 Will the Landlord give notice of any lot fee increases?

The Landlord must give 7 months notice before increasing the lot fee.

 Who designs my home?

All our homes are crafted by Kent Homes.

Are pets allowed in Kwyet Waters?

Pets are welcome at Kwyet Waters according to the conditions set forth in the covenants.
